NCHM is pleased to announce that Jennifer Robinson has joined the staff as Senior Associate, Housing Tax Credits. Jennifer brings more than 17 years of housing and training experience to the team, including the past 14 years as Director of Education and Training Development for Spectrum Enterprises.
Jennifer’s deep knowledge of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and considerable training development and delivery skills will further solidify NCHM’s position as the leading provider of LIHTC training and certification. Under the able leadership of NCHM Senior Vice President for Compliance Programs, Lisa Vercauteren, and the mentorship of Vice President of Compliance Programs, Jo Ikelheimer, Jennifer will enable NCHM to keep pace with the growing demand for its Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS) programs. Jennifer joins Senior Compliance Associates Wendy Fitzhugh and Carrie Tietjen to create the strongest full-time dedicated compliance faculty in the affordable housing industry.
